1. 01

   Same Old Farm is a farming game in the browser and in Telegram. Entertainment and nothing else: not a job, not an investment, and no promise of any income.

2. 02

   One player, one account. The name must be decent. The account is personal: it is not passed on, sold or lent.

3. 03

   If you are under eighteen, play, but make payments only with your parents' permission. We cannot check age, so this is on you.

4. 04

   Coins, items, animals, fish, buildings and land exist only inside the game. They are not property and not currency: they have no monetary value and are not exchanged back into money or bought back — not by us and not by anyone else.

5. 05

   Telegram Stars buy only digital things inside the game: the bank contract, the gold card, coin packs, the second land expansion, company registration and entry, business plots, warehouses, equipment and wholesale contracts. The price is stated before payment, the payment goes through Telegram under its own rules, and we never see your card number.

6. 06

   The bank contract is a monthly subscription. Telegram charges it and it can be cancelled there at any time. When the term ends the accounts freeze, but your own coins can always be taken out as cash.

7. 07

   If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will refund the stars through Telegram. Anything bought with in-game coins is final.

8. 08

   Selling, buying or exchanging accounts and in-game items for real money is forbidden. Trading inside the game — coins, transfers, gifts — is the game itself.

9. 09

   Play with your hands. No bots or automation, no second accounts feeding one, no exploiting bugs, and no load on the server beyond ordinary play.

10. 10

    The game is alive: numbers, prices and rules change. Things may get dearer, cheaper, different or leave the shop — that is the game growing, not a fault and not grounds for a refund.

11. 11

    The game is provided as is. We do not promise it will run without interruption, and we stop it for work when needed. We keep backups, but we cannot guarantee recovery of progress in every case.

12. 12

    An account may be limited or deleted for breaking these terms. What was spent is not returned.

13. 13

    These terms may change. When a new version appears, the game will show it and ask you to accept again — without that you cannot play. Payment questions and complaints: /paysupport in @sameoldfarm_bot.
